Our Chef comes from a family deeply rooted in the restaurant business. His culinary journey began in 2012, working in acclaimed establishments such as Seaside by Notos in Santorini and Pesca in Amsterdam.
After traveling through England and Holland, he discovered Naxos and was captivated by the island and its exceptional local produce. This inspired him to join 18 Grapes Boutique Hotel and introduce his creative Greek cuisine to the island.
His culinary style is built on traditional Greek flavors, enhanced by modern techniques and enriched with influences from Asia and America. Each dish is a harmonious blend of heritage and innovation, creating a unique dining experience.
